This Refund Policy explains how you can return products and request a refund when you buy from Crexalonphel.ddd. We operate from the Netherlands and comply with Dutch and EU consumer law. This policy applies in addition to our Terms of Service and your statutory rights (including the 14-day right of withdrawal for consumers in the Netherlands and the EU).

For returns or refunds, contact us at the email above with your order details (e.g. order reference, email used). We will respond within 14 days and guide you through the process, in line with Dutch and EU consumer rights.
Right of withdrawal (consumers in the Netherlands and EU)
If you are a consumer in the Netherlands or elsewhere in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason (Dutch: herroepingsrecht). The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you (or a third party you name) take physical possession of the product. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us clearly (e.g. by email to office@crexalonphel.world) before the 14-day period has expired.
If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except any additional costs from choosing a delivery type other than our standard option), without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of the day we are informed of your decision. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is the earliest. We will use the same means of payment as you used; you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
You must send the goods back without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of informing us of your withdrawal. You are liable for the cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
Faulty or incorrect products
If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us with details and, if possible, photos. We will offer a replacement or a full refund (including delivery costs) as required by law.
Refund method and timing
Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the order, unless we agree otherwise. We aim to process refunds within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or of confirming that a refund is due. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to show the refund.
